Augustus H. Shaw, IV is a lifelong resident of Arizona and is the founding attorney of Shaw & Lines, LLC. Augustus’ professional experience includes providing advice on drafting CC&Rs and other organization documents for community associations, enforcing and amending governing documents, assessment collection, foreclosure, general real estate law and property tax matters. Augustus also advises clients in matters related to avoiding litigation, corporate formation, regulation and general corporate advice. He has published many articles and scholarly writings regarding the corporate operations and legal issues related to community associations and is a contributing instructor and author of continuing legal education seminars taught to other Arizona attorneys and real estate professionals on community association law issues.
