Assistant Regional Vice President, Capital Consultants Management Corporation
Stephanie Fee, CAAM/PCAM, has been employed with Capital Consultants Management Corporation for 22 years. She began her community management career in CCMC’s Dallas region, where she managed a portfolio of condominium associations. In 1991, she relocated to the Phoenix area, taking on a portfolio of associations and master-planned communities. As Vice President, Stephanie acts as a mentor and to both the portfolio and the on-site managers of various large communities in the area. She earned her PCAM designation in 1991 and is certified by the Community Associations Institute as a Proctor for facilitation of the M-100 exam. She has also achieved her Certified Arizona Association Manager designation. Stephanie values The Leadership Centre for its dedication to the education of community associations and neighborhood leaders.
