President/CEO, Caretaker Landscape and Tree Management

Matthew is President, CEO, and co-owner of Caretaker Companies and is a founder and past President and Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Arizona Association of Community Managers, AACM.  Matt is the past Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee of AACM which, in 2005, created the first ever Arizona specific certification for Community Association Managers called the Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM).  He co-wrote and teaches Ethics for Community Management and Basics of Association Management, two core courses related to the CAAM certification.  He is the past Chair of the Legislative Committee, which is responsible for assisting State Legislators in creating viable community association legislation.  Matt also teaches classes for the CDLP program at the Desert Botanical Gardens.
