Community Mediation Service, a program of The Leadership Centre is pleased to offer our popular 40-Hour Basic Mediation certification class during the summer of 2010! This certification course is a week long, intensive session designed to enhance the participants’ problem-solving abilities, interpersonal interactions and communication skills. In this highly interactive, hands-on training, participants learn the principles and practices of dispute resolution and have the opportunity for applied practice in facilitation, negotiation and consensus building!
