Street Maintenance
This class, instructed by municipal and private professionals, will help those involved with maintaining private streets in homeowner associations and condominium associations learn necessary information so they can make successful and financially responsible decisions for their communities.
Class is $25.00 per person and space is limited. Class will be held from 6:00-8:30PM in Javelina Hall, Room 102, on the Chandler-Gilbert Community College's Pecos Campus, located at 2626 E. Pecos Road, Chandler AZ 85225. Please register by NOVEMBER 12, 2009.

Mesa HOA Academy: Class 1 Mesa HOA Academy, Class 1: "HOA-101"
This class explores the responsibilities and challenges associated with running an HOA, including structure, obligations, committees and vendors.
All Mesa HOA Academy classes are $10.00 per person for Mesa residents and space is limited. Classes will beheld from 6:00-8:30PM in the Mesa Utilities Building, located at 640 N. Mesa Drive in Mesa, AZ 85201. Lights snacks are included.
Mesa HOA Academy: Class 2 Mesa HOA Academy, Class 2: "Legal Aspects of HOAs"
In this class, community association attorneys speak on the creation and enforcement of Codes, Covenants and Restrictions, legal jurisdictions, obligations and home owner's rights.
All Mesa HOA Academy classes are $10.00 per person for Mesa residents and space is limited. Classes will beheld from 6:00-8:30PM in the Mesa Utilities Building, located at 640 N. Mesa Drive in Mesa, AZ 85201. Lights snacks are included.
Chandler Advanced HOA Academy, Class 1: "Advanced Community Association Finance"
Participants will learn to read financial statements, understand what the elements of a successful audit entail, learn about HOA investment options, and how to make a budget become a tool for a successful community association.
Classes are free for Chandler residents and space is limited to 30 participants. To register, contact the Chandler Neighborhood Programs Division at 480-782-4348 or 480-782-4351. All classes are held at the McCullough-Price House, 300 S. Chandler Village Drive in Chandler, AZ. Light snacks are provided.
